Minimum Stay Requirements

  • 2 night minimum reservation required on the weekends

Cancellations Policy

We have a 14 day cancellation policy and a 30 day cancellation policy for the holidays. If you cancel outside the 14/30 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit but there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 14/30 days prior to your arrival it is a full forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposit Requirements

The deposit to secure your reservation will be a charge of 1 night on a major credit card (checks are also accepted). Reservations during holidays, July & August will require a 50% deposit.

  • For the comfort of all our guests smoking is permitted outside only
  • We accept pets, upon prior approval
